Information Health Network's software support is free the first six months
following purchase. Thereafter, the purchaser may choose to continue software
support at a cost of 10% of the list price of each module purchased. This
is to be paid prior to the support expiration date.
The benefits of software support are readily available answers to questions
related to software operations. More importantly, the purchaser of software
support receives the benefit of program enhancements. Every quality software
program, and this is one, is continually improved - both from the medical
and computer science perspective.
Software support is available via a toll free number.
Support will be limited to questions or problems directly related to
our software. If we determine that a problem is related to the hardware,
we will direct you to your hardware vendor. Of necessity, we will determine
the validity of each question. We cannot be responsible for basic computer
instruction over the telephone.
